Weekend Overview

First off, Happy Valentine's Day! This last weekend was so much fun. We were invited to stay at my friend's inlaw's beach house. There were 5 couples that went, yes, that might sound like a lot, but the with the size of this house, we could have fit 4 more couples comfortably! It was absolutely beautiful. And, right next to everything; shops, the beach, grocery store... Ja and I started down there on Friday evening, and while we were on our way, I had to keep blowing my nose, which was kind of weird because I had felt fine the whole day. By the time we had gotten there, I had a horrible sinus headache. I thought that it might be something small, so I went to sleep with the full intention of just sleeping it away...wrong. I was up all night with excruciating pain in my cheekbones, eyes, even my jaw. It hurt so bad, I wanted to cry. In the morning, I felt a little better, still pain, but not nearly as bad. My nose just had to be wiped every 3 minutes. Ja and I had been in charge of breakfast, so we got up and made bacon, eggs, toast, and had strawberries cut up. After breakfast, the guys went hiking, (except poor Ja, who had a ton of homework to do, so he stayed on the luxurious, leather couch and read). And us girls went shopping at the outlet malls. I picked Sahara up some adorable jammies, sweatsuit, and sun hat at the Chil.dren's Pl.ace all for 6 bucks! All their winter items were 1.99 or 2.99! And, then we all met back at the house and just hung out and laughed. I had such a fun time. Ja and I were the first to leave because he had to get his homework finished before Saturday night, for his online writing class. And, he also is teaching Sunday school at our church, which I usually attend, but alas, I am still sick this morning. What a crummy way to celebrate Valentine's Day! But, I think Ja is going to get us a movie on his way home, and we'll just hang out at home with a movie and snack...doesn't sound so bad after all! Hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day!
