But first off, I have to admit that I had been complaining of being so tired, always worn out, and needing a break from my sweet sugar plum. As cute as she is, and as much as I love her, every once in a while, I need just an hour to call my own!
So, a few nights ago, I had a horrible nightmare...in my dream, Sahara wasn't my biological baby; (not the big deal, because Ja and I would love to adopt someday), but we were fostering her and had been since she was born (she was 7 months in my dream). I loved her with all of my heart and thought she was ours. But then 3-4 other families were trying to adopt her. I remember standing before the judge and crying/pleading with him to let us keep her. I kept saying that she needs me and knows me as her mommy. I woke up relieved to see Sahara next to me and with the knowledge that she was ours! Let's just say since then, I have not been complaining at all about being with her 24/7!! (Also the date with the hubby may have helped that situation!)
On a happier note, Sahara's second tooth popped through! Yea! She now has 2 teeth on the bottom. I thought the teething thing was going to be a lot worse, but she was only unhappy the first day of each new tooth...but I have to say, that the biting aspect of it all, is quite unpleasant! Hopefully, that is a quick phase!
