Catching Up

I have no idea what is a matter with me, other than I have not been motivated to write at all. Could be that I have been soaking in every moment with my family. Loving these little ladies who crack me up all day. It could be that we have been sick for what feels like forever, but is more like 6 days. Or it could be that I am insanely determined to unclutter and keep my house organized for good. This takes all day, every day. I still have Christmas posts to upload, and hopefully I can get them up by tomorrow.

A few new things have been going on around here. Isla said 'mama.' Ja was convinced that she said 'dada' first, but I never heard it and still have never heard 'dada.' I think it was just wishful thinking. But, we were both there when she said mama, so there is no way he can argue there! It went down into her baby book. She has both bottom teeth in and top ones are popping through. (haha, I just spelled popping, pooping, and now am laughing. yes, dorky, I know!) She is self-feeding herself too, now. Which makes both of us happy. I am able to get a bit done while she feasts, and she doesn't get frustrated with not being able to do it herself.  Isla also is a climber, already. Sahara never climbed, she just recently started on climbing on things, but Isla is always trying to get somewhere she shouldn't be.  As you can see below. I left the room for one second and when I came back, this is what I saw. She was extremely proud of herself.

Sahara is great with her sissy. Loves helping her, carrying her, and having her play as her kitchen helper. Cutest thing to see. My heart falls in love with them all over again to see them light up when they see each other in the morning and after nap.

Now to start a couple more posts before the girlies wake up :)
