Super Late Christmas Catch-Up: Snow Day

We have been driving quite often over the mountain to see Ja's parents and lately, there has been snow. Somebody loves snow, and she obviously does not get it from me! I use to love the snow, but now, snow means bundling up two kids. Tromping outside. Freezing. Hearing that Sahara's hands are icicles. Heading back inside. Taking layer upon layer off. Washing everything. And, trying to warm up two little ladies. Heck, I would be happy if I never saw snow again! But, it was very fun to see Sahara have such a ball in the snow. She has made a few snowmen. Each one has been named Ned. (It's from a book that we have.)

But, anyways, on one of our drives, we stopped and let Sahara out to play with her daddy. Isla and I stayed in the car. She was asleep, and well, somebody had to stay with her ;)
