New Facebook Page!

I don't know why I didn't think of it before, but I created a facebook page for Ry! I'm becoming quite the computer nerd...(this is meaning to be sarcastic because just wait til you hear what I did to the poor c.omcast man!)
This page has been so neat to watch. Every time I click on it there are 10 more people who 'like' it. It is so much fun to actually have a number to the insane amount of people we know who are praying. It's absolutely incredible to read all the prayers and stories.

So, my embarrassing story about torturing the c.omcast man...
I went to get on the internet yesterday, and for some odd reason, it wasn't allowing me to get on. My mind went first to the dreaded question, "did I pay the bill?" I was quite certain the answer was yes, but just in case, I called and checked my balance; sure enough, I had. Check that box and breath a sigh of relief. So, now, it has to be c.omcast's fault, right? After having the automated machine reset the modem, and not having it work, I talk to some cheerful young man and explain to him my problem. He begins asking me the tough questions that I have no idea what the answer is. What system am I using? Do I have a ro.uter? Etc... This poor man has to walk me through everything step by step, slowly as I am, at the same time, trying to keep a busy little toddler out of the markers, pens, you know how it is. After about 10-15 minutes on the phone, and it still not working, I discover a button on top of the modem that had been pushed, probably while I was vacuuming and cleaning under the desk. As soon as I pressed it, the internet worked. I pretty much wanted to die. He was nice enough, but I could see that he was ready to get off the phone! Please tell me I am not the only one with this sort of embarrassing story!! Please share!

  1. You are not the only one with that kind of story. Aside from our personal experiences, you wouldn't believe how many calls we get to go fix a system that's not working, only to discover the power strip was off or not plugged in. :)
By the way, LOVE the pictures of Sahara below. She is so adorable and looks just like you.
