Good News!

Hello blog, it's been a while, I know. I have no idea how some people have a new post everyday, what the heck do they write about?! Maybe they have much more exciting lives than myself...or extremely boring ones, and have learned to write about 'nothing', which I have been guilty of doing myself occasionally.

Well, exciting things are happening over here. We found a house we like and placed an offer on it, and just today, we found out that it has been accepted! Yea! Happy to have the 'search' over with. Next step is an inspector...so the process continues...but, still, Yea!

It's a fixer-uper, so these next few weeks are going to be crazy! Our new house, (which sounds so nice to hear) is much smaller than the house we are living in now, which is good and bad. Good because it is less to clean and less expensive to heat/cool. The bad news: we have tons of stuff! I keep looking around at everything thinking, "where the heck is that going to go?!"

I had the idea that I would go through one of the many closets and start cleaning it out and deciding what had to be thrown out, and what had to be boxed. I opened the door and simply stared at the heaping mess for a minute. That was when I decided I should definitely do it another day. Day being the key word there. It was not a job that was going to get done during the hour nap Sahara was down for! I am not looking forward to packing and organizing! In fact, I dread it! I mostly plan on throwing everything out. Sounds easier than boxing it all and trying to find room in the tiny house! :)
