Isla fell asleep in her high chair for the first time. I was surprised by this because it takes so much for this child to fall asleep and she doesn't stay asleep for very long. Ever.
Ja and I attended a wedding reception without the kids, which turned into a nice sort of date for us. I have taken our girls to many weddings, and as well behaved as they are, it really turns into a lot of work for me trying to occupy them and not getting to see the wedding or really talk to anyone. Ja and I had a wonderful time together and the house and garden it was at was beautiful.
We spent a lot of time at the zoo and had a fun time like always. The girls have a blast running around in this large grassy field they have.
