He was one of the greatest men I have ever known, and will probably ever know. He had the best sense of humor, and always had a smile on his face. I can never forget his smile, it seriously was my favorite part about him. He always said how great looking his grand kids were and loved us all to pieces. He loved babies and when we went to Florida last year, he spent hours and hours with Sahara. He watched a dumb barbie movie with her, probably 10 times. And, asked her questions about it every single time.
Pops was the sweetest. Someone that made you feel so special when you were with him. I am so happy that Ja and Sahara had the chance to meet him. We are planning a trip to Florida next year, and I was hoping to introduce Isla to him, but unfortunately, she will only know him through photos and stories from us.
He told me so many times just how much he loved Ja, and how happy he was that I married him. He couldn't get enough of Sahara. And, that means so much to me.
I know that he has Arrayah in his arms, and she got the best of the best. I am looking forward to Heaven even more, now.
I love you Pops. Rest in Peace, and I will see you again...
I'm so sorry for your loss, although the image of him holding baby Arrayah in his arms & loving on her is priceless. Sending love. :)
